When a Rocket League update is released, you may see the message Version Mismatch. Please get the latest version of the game. This occurs when trying to queue for a match.

If you see this message, please download and install the most recent Rocket League update.

The easiest way to trigger an update download is to restart your platform. Once restarted, the update should happen automatically.

To completely restart Steam:

Click the Show Hidden Icons icon in the lower right side of the screen (it looks like an up arrow).

Right-click the Steam icon.

Select Exit.

Wait a few moments.

Launch Steam.
